Jumbo Bag Packings/Filling Machine is used for dust-free and efficient filling of large bags and FIBCs. It is suitable for all types of Bulk Bag Packing Machine for bulk solids (granules, powder, pallets, and flakes) and can be equipped with a variety of dosing feeders depending on the product's characteristics.
The Jumbo Bag Filling Machine's operation is planned to completely fill the bags with material, leaving no empty pockets or areas of aerated material. This indicates that the bag is sturdy, won't deform, and is simple to handle and stack. Additionally, it refers to using the entire volume of the bag. The huge bag is attached to the machine by the operator, who then raises its top spout to fit the filling spout. The pneumatic cylinders raise the bag. For bag inflation, the butterfly valves position themselves. The bag is raised and lowered by a pneumatic cylinder to ensure even filling and the absence of any empty pockets.
Dual purpose fan - the Centrifugal fan which is used for both bag inflation and for dust extraction. Butterfly Valves provided on the ducting change their position automatically.
