Model VTC-PMT-2 is a high accuracy bagging machine for filling powder products like chemicals, lime, pigments, flour in open-mouth bags.
The specially designed screw feeder carries material uniformly & has a very large inlet to prevent arching / bridging normally occurring in the inlet neck portion. It has agitating & conditioning screws on the same shaft to ensure smooth and uniform flow of material. The 3-speed controller rotates the screw in 3-speeds, viz, coarse, fine & superfine to ensure very high accuracy in filling.
Machine is equipped with redispensing feature. Special lining of hopper to suit material characteristics (Corrosive / abrasive etc) can be provided.
