4. Collecting electrode rapping mechanism:
The collecting electrode wall hangs loosely from the carrier beam support at the roof beam level at the top. The wall is connected by a rapping bar at the bottom each wall is rapped by its individual hammer.

Acceleration available on Collecting Electrode of VT 240 type is 985G max & 250 G minimum whereas 100 G is minimum requirement for dislodging dust particles.

6. Discharge electrode rapping mechanism:
In between two Collecting Electrodes there is Discharge Electrode frame & each one is rapped separately. Hammering is done in middle of the frame.

7. Support insulator:
It is housed in roof beam which is away from the gas stream it is not subjected To the twist force as it is not in line with shaft.

Special shape X type & different sizes distribution plates are provided instead for flat type which results in proper distribution of gases thereby increasing the efficiency.
